There are a whole lot of things that are standing as a stumbling block to your success, which could crush you if you dont take quick actions. Don’t be scared of adversity, face it, deal with it. You face adversities to either make you stronger or make you a laughing stock to the people surrounding you. So make yoyr choice today.
EXAMPLES OF ADVERSITIES.
- PHYSICAL ADVERSITY: This includes physical disability or challenges( Physically handicapped) which might limit you.
- MENTAL ADVERSITY: Just like a physical handicap might limit you, so can a mental problem.
- EMOTIONAL ADVERSITY: Emotions too can be a form.of adversity, believe me, it will all pass.
- SPIRITUAL ADVERSITY
- SOCIAL ADVERSITY
- FINANCIAL ADVERSITY: This is the most common adversity that you all can relate with which includes “poverty” or “when you are broke”. These too shall all pass with positives steps being taken, proper time management and quality prayers.
HOW TO OVERCOME ADVERSITY
1. Surround your self with positive people, be very selective with the people you call your friends.
2. Be in nature because nature is very therapeutic.
3. Write things down, there is something so peaceful I writing down your thoughts.
4. Be ready to invest on yourself.
5. Stay focused and minful when dealing with adversity.
6. Break things down, everything might happen so fast but dealing with it takes time, so take them one after the other.
7. Take immediate and positive actions.
8. Have a Good mentor, find an hero and mentors that you could look up to and you could talk with.
9. Have a friend that you can consider in. A problem shared is half solved but am not asking you to tell the whole world.
10. Prayer, prayer is key, let God be you source, draw strength from God and you will surely overcome.
