Adding weight is what most ladies and few guys desire. There is a saying that “thick girls is bae” meaning if you are not thick then you are skinny.
But adding much weight does not mean you are feeding well or even healthy. So its better you feed well, look healthy and be thick!

While some ladies would prefer being slim depending on how guys love them to be ” like a model”, they tend to eat little and watch their weight seriously. You own your body, its choice, either you are “Thick” or you are “Slim”. Well i have heard some guys say ” i like them thick” and some will be like ” I like them slim”. What do you like? Yes you!

What do you intend to eat by noon?
I will be going straight to the point on what you can eat to add weight naturally. For your information, you dont just eat these food and fruit In a day and expect to gain weight, you must eat it continually for at least 10days. Can you?

Even in your quest for adding weight, watch it!! So you don’t end up being obesed. Run away from obesity, if you are “slim” and you love, my darling, dont stress yourself to even add any weight. The most important thing here is “you”. What do you want? Its you body and not theirs…… So don’t listen to anyone critics of your body, shape or endowment. Love your body .

WHAT YOU MUST DO TO GAIN WEIGHT.
1. Drink more milk regularly.
2. Eat more Often than you use to, eat three to give meals a day.
3. Drink water after meal and not before meal.
4. Always add cream to you coffee.
5. Get adequate sleep.
6. Eat enough protein.
7. Eat meals with fibrous, carbohydrates and healthful fats.
8. Eat enough banana and fruitsalad if possible.
9. Drink high calorie smoothies.
10. Train your weight.
Most importantly, you must have a good rest of mind, avoid stress and always be happy. Emotionally you need to work on yourself so you won’t drain yourself which might affect you physically.

BASIC FRUITS FOR ADDING WEIGHT.
You know fruits are not usually the first group of food that comes to you mind when you are trying to add weight, but some fruits can help your body gain weight too. Here are some high calories fruits that can help you gain weight.
1. Banana.
2. Prunes

4. Dried apricots.
5. Oranges.
6. Coconuts
7. Cherry
8. Cucumber with honey.
9. Mangoes
10. Lackfruits.

There are some people that cannot just get fat in this life, e.g. me, I take alot milk, I was eating fruits frequently before, I can even finish a full sliced bread plus I can eat 5 to 6times in a day and it will look like I haven't eaten
