EATING RIGHT; FOOD TO AVOID AT NIGHT.
What do you eat at night before going to bed?
Do you eat fruits or food?
Do not eat a plate full of fruits at night, if you are craving for sweets only have a sluce of fruits at night that are lower in sugar and higher in fiber like melon, pear, etc. Donot sleep immediately after eating your fruits, allow to digest fully.
There are certain food you eat at night, you find out you are gaining extra weight, this is basically because you ate late at night. Eating late at night can make you have big tummy instead of flat tummy which can be very challenging when wanting to deal with.
Have good time table, treat yourself well OK!
A times, eat more of fruits but during the day instead of at night to avoid adding extra weight.
Water is life, alway hydrate your self, drink enough water, water is life so is food out source of energy. Don’t joke with what you eat, eat right, drink water and stay healthy.

7. Peper soup
9. Ice cream
10. Heavy food.
