Or you do 101, 001, 100 scheme?.. Students can relate. Some of you eat too much, while some don’t eat at all.
Eating disorder can be described by illnesses that are characterized by irregular eating habit and severe distress Or concern about your body weight and shape. Ladies, when you gain too much weight and you wish to bring the weight down, you tend not to eat which is very bad, it could lead to a disorder. Why not just do some good workout?
Eating disturbance may include inadequate or excessive food intake which can ultimately damage your well being.
Where are my ladies?
Most eating disorders are much more common in ladies. Ladies in their teens are most likely to develop an eating disorder, but guys too are affected. Some of you can be very picky or selective when it comes to food. My dear eat healthy!!!
Some persons with this disorder might not even know, people living with an eating disorder also experience anxiety or depression. This disorder affects all ages, gender and races and culture. Its a good reason why you all should feed well.
EXAMPLES OF EATING DISORDERS
Examples of this disorders includes
1. ANOREXIA NERVOSA: This is a life threatening eating disorder that is characterized by an abnormal low body weight, intense fear of gaining weight and a disorder perception of weight or shape.
2. BULIMIA NERVOSA: When you have bulimia, you have episodes of bingeing and purging that involve feeling a lack of control over your eating. Many people with bulimia also restrict their eating during the day, which often leads to more binge eating and purging.
3. BINGE EATING DISORDER: When you have binge-eating disorder, you regularly eat too much food (binge) and feel a lack of control over your eating. You may eat quickly or eat more food than intended, even when you’re not hungry, and you may continue eating even long after you’re uncomfortably full.
To avoid having any of this eating disorders, why not eat healthy? Let people say you like food, don’t eat excessively but eat richly.
